STC (Student Transportation Canada) Chooses QLD Communications Inc

STC representative Ted Wilson, Vice President-Canadian Operations has announced that STC will be utilizing QLD Communications for all their two-way radio requirements. STC entered the Canadian marketplace in 2005 with acquisition of a School bus line located in the Kitchener/Waterloo region and continue to grow their operations through strategic acquisition as well as increasing market share by leveraging senior management’s strong relationships with School Boards and critical School personnel.

STC currently enjoys operations within Ontario with office and operations centres located in Kitchener/Waterloo, Sutton, and Peterborough.

Mr. Wilson states “QLD’s ability to supply best in class customer service,  coupled with the highest quality hardware available makes them a perfect fit with STC who shares this approach to service delivery. In my many years working in the School Bus industry, QLD has shown the strongest commitment to customer satisfaction I have encountered.”

STC will operate radio networks which have at their backbone, hardware manufactured by Motorola. Motorola has a history in Canada of building high quality products which has spanned over 50 years.

QLD’s David White adds “We are very excited and looking forward to this exciting business relationship with STC. We are also very happy to be continuing to work with Mr. Wilson who we have worked with for many years in other capacities.” He adds that although STC, like any other customer presents some unique challenges, our team is uniquely suited to exceed expectations.
